LVL
LVL, also known as Unidirectional Plywood, is made up of many layers of peeled boards arranged in the same direction pressed together into sheets of basic size 1220x2440mm with diverse thicknesses.
Size specifications:
- Size: 1220x2440mm or cut to required size
- Thickness: 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 30mm....90mm etc.
- Tolerance: +/- 0.5mm
Surface layer characteristics:
- 2 white sides: Peeled wood layer of eucalyptus, fat, linden, pine, etc
Filler quality:
- B/C padding for packaging goods or A/B padding for interior goods.
- Wood base: acacia wood, Styrax, eucalyptus, etc.
Glue:
- Urea formaldyhe- E2,E1,E0.
Specifications:
- Hot pressing once, without rubbing the core for packaged goods
- Hot pressing, cold pressing, sanding for furniture products
- Density 550-600kgs/m3
- Humidity <15%
